Requirements and responsibilities:
• 2+ years restaurant kitchen management experience
• Believes in being the best they can be and having fun while they work
• An upbeat, enthusiastic personality and desire to interact with staff
• Passion to deliver delicious and crafted food that’s complimented by impeccable guest service
• A growth mindset supported by collaboration, creativity, and communication
• Commitment to building BOH teams focused on sustained excellence
• Must calmly assess the pressures of day-to-day operations and propose appropriate solutions to restaurant problems
• Possesses a strong understanding of labor scheduling, ordering procedures, inventory controls and employee relations
• Enforces health safety and sanitation standards and procedures for food handling, cleanliness, and restaurant maintenance
• Consistent compliance with operational standards, company policies, federal/state/local laws, and ordinances
• Understands and appreciates the value of teaching, training and developing staff
• Directs the hiring, supervision, development BOH staff
• High School Diploma (Four Year Degree or Hospitality Degree preferred)
