Sales Recruiter

What you’ll be doing:
• Support the People Operations team in the sourcing and scheduling of active and passive Mortgage Consultants
• Execute the full life cycle recruiting process, including: create and post job requisitions, schedule phone/in-person interviews, draft/send offer letters, follow up with candidates to submit information, send rejection letters, gather feedback from hiring managers, organize new hire orientation, etc.
• Ensure all details including logistics and interview details are delivered to the candidate in a seamless, timely manner
• Work with hiring managers and candidates to schedule phone and on-site interviews
• Identify opportunities for improving the candidate experience and scheduling efficiency. Identify process improvement opportunities and drive efficient process
• Post open roles on various recruiting platforms
• Manage debrief/feedback sessions with management teams following interviews
• Complete reference checks
• Arrange travel and lodging for applicants, if necessary
• Maintain records on recruiting activities/metrics, provide weekly data analytics and reporting
• Work with Marketing Department to create unique recruiting campaigns
• Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed, Instagram)
• Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
• Maintain candidate databases (e.g. via our Applicant Tracking System)
• Ask for referrals from current employees and external networks
• Promote our brand at every industry and non-industry events
• Attend various organization networking events to promote the Wyndham brand and to develop strong relationships for potential candidates or referrals

What we need:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer Recruiter required
• 2+ years of business development (Preferred)
• Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms or CoreLogic NMLS reporting)
• Advanced sourcing techniques in finding niche marketplaces and untapped resources where top talent exists
• Proven track record of hiring successful top performers in a competitive and fast paced environment with minimal supervision
• Energetic and outgoing demeanor, a positive attitude
• Must have excellent communication skills and be able to speak clearly and positively on the phone, over email, and in person
• Ability to positively present our company and Sales value propositions to potential candidates
• A willing, flexible personality, someone who is customer service oriented and a keen eye for accuracy and detail
• Very strong organizational skills
• Mortgage Experience is required, Direct to Consumer Lending is preferred
