Office Manager

Allegra Southend is a commercial print and sign business located in Charlotte’s Southend neighborhood that prides itself on helping customers acheive their goals. At Allegra, we print off-set and digital as well as produce wide-format, including signs, banners and posters.

Job summary:
Allegra is looking for an office manager that will work with customers (including follow-up as needed), manage staff, assist with quotes, manage daily deliverables, oversee quality assurance, process accounts receivable, track accounts payable, job filing and assist with daily production when needed.

Experience and skills:
• Strong communications skills
• Attention to detail
• Print/sign experience
• Ability to use Microsoft products
• An understanding of how to partner with others for a common goal
