Controller

Our restaurant group is a portfolio company of Silver Falcon Capital. In addition to making investments in our 3 target sectors (Consumer Goods, Sports & Entertainment, and Restaurant & Hospitality), we also incubate and launch innovative concepts within those verticals with a strong track record of success. We’ve built three award-winning fine-dining concepts over the past 15 years, have been instrumental in the scaling of a farm-to-table fast-casual concept, and are now creating the next iconic fast-casual brand.

Our new concept is hospitality forward and experience focused, designed to provide an energy-filled environment, inspired by the relaxed camaraderie of a summer backyard gathering. With seamless digital integrations and a differentiated menu, our new concept is poised for rapid growth.
