Sr Paid Media Manager

Overview:
We are looking for an experienced, analytical, and results-driven individual to lead Paid Media efforts for e-commerce and B2C clients. The Senior Paid Media Manager will be directing paid media strategy across a variety of different partnerships and industries, but isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty in the management and execution of campaigns. This role manages and is supported by a Digital Marketing Analyst. For the individual that thrives on variety, this is a great opportunity to tackle a wide breadth of implementations, and gain experience by touching many different types of businesses.

The ideal candidate has great vision for the role paid media plays in an overall marketing plan, infuses energy into every client and team interaction, and is able to clearly communicate strategy to all team members and clients. They have an unashamed love for all things paid media and may or may not drop a fist pump after finding a new ad type that lowers CPAs by 10%. He/she should be able to direct strategy across Google Ads, Google Shopping, Facebook, LinkedIn and other paid media platforms, in order to take a client’s business needs and turn them into actionable, measurable tactics and results. We are looking for someone eager to hit the ground running, solve problems, and contribute to growing the paid media department within the agency.

Responsibilities:
• Turn client goals into clear and actionable paid media strategy, across both paid search and paid social
• Manage and execute campaigns in Google Ads (Search, Display, Remarketing, and Google Shopping) Bing Ads, and Facebook Ads using market leading best practices in account structure, audience building, and bid strategy
• Constantly evaluate the landscape to identify new opportunities and tactics, specifically in developing and expanding e-commerce focused strategies for the agency
• Oversee analytics and reporting for all paid media efforts, with the support of Marketing Analysts
• Work closely with senior leadership team and Director of Digital to continue to evolve company-wide processes to measure effectiveness of our campaigns
• Collaborate with the team to implement and manage Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and call tracking implementations.
• Work closely with the creative team to develop on-brand and imaginative ad content
• Collaborate with SEO team to integrate strategy and find cross-channel learnings
• Contribute to new business pitches by auditing client accounts and providing actionable recommendations and modeling for potential lift across key KPIs
• Stay on top of new and emerging industry trends, technologies, and platform advancements
• A mentor and manager to paid media analysts and a strong partner to colleagues

Experience:
• 3-5 years experience in Paid Media, primarily Google Ads and Facebook Ad Manager
• Eagerness to master emerging ad platforms
• Required experience in the e-commerce industry
• Strongly preferred experience working at an agency
• Management experience
• Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
• Expert proficiency in Google Analytics and reporting tools
• Solid understanding of SEO and other digital channels
