Barbecue restaurant Noble Smoke will join Optimist Hall’s lineup in early 2022.

About: Owned by chef and restaurateur Jim Noble, the 527-square-foot stall will serve the same Southern BBQ you’d find at its flagship location at 2216 Freedom Drive.

  • Noble’s restaurant group is also behind Rooster’s, Bossy Beulah’s, The King’s Kitchen, Copain, and The Jimmy, which recently opened in Myers Park.

Zoom out: Noble Smoke will be the 25th tenant at Optimist Hall, and it will be located next to Xiao Bao and Pet Wants.

  • Sides include pan-fried green beans, slaw, collards, and mac & cheese.

Location: Optimist Hall is located at 1115 N. Brevard St., right off the Parkwood light rail station.
