Real Estate Administrative Assistant

Our ideal candidate:
• Is tech-savvy, resourceful, able to multitask, and has strong people skills
• Will learn and master Canopy MLS/Matrix competency – the ability to add/edit listings
• Is proficient in Microsoft Suite of products including Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Windows
• Is proficiency with Google Suite including Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendars
• Has data entry experience. Experience with back-office software is a plus, specifically DotLoop and Profit Power software.
• Able to handle front office duties and telephones
• Has 1+ years of Real Estate experience (a plus)

• Office / Agent Support (technical, administrative)
• Mail / Postage for multiple offices and agents
• Office Maintenance
• Communicate with Cleaning Service
• Communicate with Handy Man & Vendors
• Assists BIC with Sales Meeting setup / tear down
• Maintain Breakroom supplies to include coffee/snacks
• Maintain Office Supplies including inventory tracking, ordering, and tracking
• Assist and Maintain office calendars to include meeting scheduling
• Office Forms Maintenance including Listing & Buyer Packets
• Listing and Sales Support
• Assist with new & relist entry into MLS
• Make updates to MLS including price changes, extensions, photos, etc.
• Validate in Profit Power back office system Expirations
• Tracking & Notification to agents of missing documents

Hours and compensation:
Full-time, Monday to Friday. Appropriate Business attire is required. Salary commensurate with experience. No telephone calls, please.
