Mortgage Loan Officer Trainee

Overview:

As a Loan Officer Trainee, you will hold initial pre-screenings and prepare the client to be transferred to a licensed Loan Officer. You will be involved in the transaction from start to finish to learn hands-on how the business works day 1–this will prepare for career progression into a licensed loan officer within 90 days of your hire date.

Responsibilities:
• Spend the first 15-20 minutes of the day planning and setting up the day for success with our Daily Success System
• Head over to a Team Huddle to start the day with shout outs, sales tips, and motivation
• Review and track daily business and personal development goals – complete with coaching and accountability to help you reach your best potential
• Take new inbound calls and making follow-up outbound calls to prospective clients
• Individual and group sales training with a hyper-focused mortgage education
• Work together with a dedicated and experienced Loan Officer and Sales Lead to learn the business and how best to build a successful long-term career

Compensation:
• Year 1 – $65,000 -$80,000: Top Performers Exceed $100,000
• Year 2 – $84,000 – $120,000: Top Performers Exceed $150,000
• Year 3 – $150,000 + : Top Performers Exceed $250,000
