Nych Group sells multiple product lines, including Enclo, Zippity Outdoor Products and WamBam Fence and more to come! We manufacture vinyl and aluminum fence that is designed for the Do-It-Yourself customer. Our product is sold directly to customers through our website, as well as through retailers such as Amazon and Home Depot. Nych Group (Formerly WamBam Fence, Inc.) was started in 2009 and is a spin off from successful companies such as New England Arbors and Mayne Outdoor Products.

Overview:
The Wholesale Account Specialist will be responsible for managing all activities relating to our relationship with Amazon and Lowes. This position involves a combination of reactive and proactive work. You will work with Amazon and Lowes to determine how to fix issues that arise with their systems. You are a motivated investigator ready to jump in and figure it out. You will scan product pages, systems, and processes not just for what is wrong, but how to make them better. Amazon releases new systems and programs that could benefit our company every day. Once you have mastered the basics, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities that could help streamline our processes or grow our business. In short, you will be responsible for the growth and maintenance of our largest partner account as well as a newer account that shows great promise.

Responsibilities:
• Ensure product pages are accurate and up to date
• Identify updates that could make products clearer to customers
• Manage customer reviews
• Help launch new products on Amazon.com and Lowes.com
• Identify and takedown unauthorized resellers of our products
• Resolve periodic inventory, accounting, and delivery-related issues
• Manage our Direct Import Program if applicable
• Seek out and identify opportunities for our business
• Learn and manage our advertising programs for Amazon and possibly Lowes

Qualifications:
• High School diploma
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (specifically Word and Excel)
• Technical grasp of systems and how they work
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred
• Account Management Experience
• A strong love for exploring new concepts and possibilities
• Working with Amazon or other online retailers is preferred, but not necessary
• A knack for determining great content from good content (i.e. images, videos, copy, etc)

Pay:
$40,000 plus benefits

Hours:
Full time 8-4 Monday- Friday
