Marketing/Business Development

• Work with business developers to coordinate proposal responses and presentation materials
• Provide leadership in the preparation of proposals and presentation materials by proactive communication with all team members to ensure timely completion of assigned portions of the work
• Research and update boilerplate content for proposals/presentations
• Format and edit new content for inclusion in proposals/presentations
• Design and/or coordinate preparation of graphics for proposals/presentations
• Assist with the training and development of other staff members as needed
• Coordinate project photography (aerial progress photographs and/or final architectural photographs)
• Ensure consistency in the use of company logo in all materials
• Assist with content and graphics for company newsletter and website
• Assist with content and graphics for company award submissions
• Assist with advertising design
• Coordinate translations of manuals, signage, etc
• Establish and maintain corporate standards for event planning
• Coordinate with client and project staff to plan project events
• Ensure appropriate communication occurs with the marketing team, project team, client, and others as needed
• Design or coordinate design and ordering of promotional items for giveaways
• Coordinate photography at events
• Coordinate corporate involvement in community and industry events


Qualifications and skills:
• Degree in Public Relations, Communication Studies, Journalism, English or related field preferred
• Minimum 5-7 years experience in Marketing or Communications roles
• Strong writing and editing skills. Knowledge of AP Style
• Proficiency with Adobe products
• Basic skills in photography/video and editing
• Collaborative work style
• Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
