Paid Media Manager

Burn Media Co. is seeking a Paid Media Advertising Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of experience. We serve SMBs and large corporations.

The successful applicant, in addition to meeting the qualifications below, must be passionate about marketing, advertising, and helping businesses grow and succeed. We are looking for a talented Facebook Advertising/Google Advertising Specialist to join the team at our office in Charlotte, NC. The focus of this position will be to plan and execute paid Internet marketing campaigns for our clients. The role will work very closely with our Client Services team and be responsible for researching, planning, and executing paid social media campaigns for our clients, based on their campaign objectives.

• Develop and deploy Facebook and Instagram campaigns for clients
• Writing Copy for Facebook Ads
• Creating some graphics for Facebook Ads
• Generating leads and sales for clients using Facebook Ads
• Collaborate with Client Service teammates to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid programs
• Assists in creating an impactful marketing strategy to capture the clients’ target market through audience segmentation, a/b testing, and conversion rate optimization
• Coordinate with the Marketing Design and Content teams to create advertising materials
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) while identifying new KPIs to grow revenue from acquisition channels
• Continued audience research + persona planning + discovery of current trends
• Keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns
• Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Monitor competitor activity across digital platforms
• Measure and optimize our paid marketing using our analytics dashboards, Google Analytics, and various other analytics reports
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, or related field
• Excellent verbal & written communication
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Customer-focused, positive attitude with a coachable spirit
• 2 years of platform experience with Facebook Business Manager, Google Advertising
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities and deadlines, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Ability to work and react quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Rapid problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• SEO & SEM knowledge
• Digital strategy experience
• Willingness to report and analyze advertising results
• Google Ads certification & Facebook Blueprint certification required
