Essential duties:
• Administrative skill set, a self-starter, and a desire to work in a support role
• Ability to prioritize income-generating tasks first before routine work to ensure the success of the business. Capable of multi-tasking on a regular basis, in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem solver and able to work with minimum supervision
• Strong attention to detail and sales ability
• Strong oral and written skills, understand the need for quick and consistent communication
• Neat, clean, professional always during business activities
• Competence in the operation of phone, scanners, copiers, Microsoft Office Applications
• Ability to gain proficiency within 3 months in contact management software, county land record systems, and internal systems and policies. Experience with Salesforce a plus
• Interest and experience in marketing a plus
• Flexibility and positive attitude
• Ability to diffuse and respond to customer/client/team member concerns to avoid escalation of problems

• Review and approve land real estate listings for web marketing
• Assist in the management of client relationship database within Salesforce
• Assist in recurring e-mail campaign marketing programs
• Assist in the management of social media marketing for real estate services
• Manage real estate-related business metrics for monthly reporting
• Assist in the creation and deployment of direct mail marketing materials for real estate offices nationally
• Participate in trade show preparations, marketing, and client engagement events
• Manage electronic data rooms for real estate related projects
• Assist in the preparation and review of reports and proposals
• Help with agent onboarding and training for real estate-related internal systems and processes
• Manage transaction-related files for internal and legal compliance

• Associate degree or higher or 5+ years experience in administrative assisting, real estate, and/or marketing role
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization
• Internet, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word (Proficient), Microsoft Excel (Proficient). Additional skills desired, but not necessary: Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Access. Adobe Creative Suite experience desired but not necessary. Salesforce CRM experiences are desired but not necessary
