The position requires a variety of administrative and operational tasks to be performed. Real Estate Experience is required. Responsibilities include reviewing and processing residential real estate transactions, contracts, and closings.

Real estate duties:
• Property Listings – review and processing of real estate transactions, maintenance of price changes, extensions, expired listings and filing physical documents for required periods in an audit-able state. Compliance with all NC/SC rules a must.
• Sales – review and processing of contracts into the accounting system (Dotloop), recording and filing physical documents in secured locations. Compliance with all NC/SC rules a must
• Closings – processing into the accounting software (Profit Power), recording and filing state forms for required periods. Includes the review of documents and communication with agents of minimum requirements to process. Compliance with all NC/SC rules a must
• New Agent orientation and document management including communication with state entities, ensuring agent compliance and processing terminations when applicable
• Liaison to Accounting and I/T for agent requests such as review of account details, computer queries, special requests
• Load sharing from other branch offices required

Operational duties include:

• Responsible for Sign Inventory and Ordering with outside vendor completes purchase orders and submits them to accounting for review
• Supports In-House Phone Systems – resetting passwords; physical setup; engaging services when required; resolving issues
• Fluent in all Office Systems
• Assists Broker-in-Charge by tracking required documents, fees and agent performance such as S dues quarterly; annual Privilege Licensing, annual License renewals
• Provides general office support on a day-to-day basis including vendor interfacing for repairs and servicing; resolving agent requests; assisting other staff/branches when needed
• Enjoys assisting Broker-in-Charge with planning social & community events that take place in & out of the office
• Responsible for keeping the office clean & organized

• Real Estate experience required. Active license preferred
• Ability to add/edit listings and provide reports to Management Team
• Must be tech-savvy with database experience
• Technical acumen with the full Microsoft Suite of products including Windows, Word, Excel, Google Apps and Adobe Acrobat in network environment all at an advanced level
• 2+ years experience in real estate accounting and back-office software tools=
• Must be proficient with online data entry with the ability to provide reports along with transaction sales and closings
• Resourceful, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service, organizational, leadership and people skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to scan documents and work in a digital file environment
