The Digital & Public Relations Sr. Specialist is part of the Corporate Communications team, directly supports the External Communications Manager, and works closely with communications teammates and internal stakeholders to help define and execute actionable plans, story-based messaging, and creative assets that strengthen the business brand with key stakeholders worldwide.

• Provide input to and support the yearly external communications objectives, targets, and plan for the company
• Serve as in-house expert on the global social media landscape and tools/applications. Manage social media content planning for corporate and global business unit support; develop and execute content that engages diverse stakeholders. Provide thought leadership on best practices. Benchmark and research to enable continuous improvement. Track and evaluate meaningful metrics to improve followership and engagement and inform the social media content strategy
• Manage the corporate website,, and facilitate content updates through our website vendor. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and facilitate enhancements that elevate the brand. Stay attuned to and advise on best practices. Track and evaluate meaningful metrics to inform website design and content strategy
• Support the corporate and GBU-focused media relations programs by assisting and/or facilitating as needed with media inquiries and interviews and developing and distributing press release content, holding statements, and briefing documents/Q&As
• Assist the external communications manager in the ongoing oversight and partnership with the team’s external communications agency partner for relevant external / PR activities
• Write and edit content for multiple communications, including print, social/web, blogs, newsletters, presentations. Provide editorial functions, such as consistency in tone, style, and clarity of language
• Help manage and support video and multimedia projects that support corporate-level brand building and stakeholder engagement. Consult with business marcom leads on learnings and best practices
• Help monitor company and competitor news to identify emerging issues and storylines
• Support sustainability projects and other internal and external communications projects, initiatives and campaigns as needed
• Assist with budget and vendor management needs as required

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in English, journalism, communications, public relations or marketing.
