The America’s headquarters located in Fort Mill, South Carolina is seeking a highly self-motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition group! The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, is dependable and accountable.

• Develop recruiting strategies based on the changing needs of the business
• Source passive candidates using social media sites and forums such as LinkedIn, Hiretual, etc.
• Help develop other Recruiters within your areas of strength
• Track and report staffing and recruiting data/metrics including but not limited to contract headcount, EEO statistics, time to fill and cost per hire
• Help refine our recruiting processes to improve candidate and customer experience
• Negotiate and extend market competitive offers to candidates in accordance with company policy and hiring manager requirements
• Maintain recruiting database and web-based recruiting tools
• Assist with continuous improvement activities
• Create interesting external postings and job descriptions that attract the best talent for our team

Basic qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree
• 2+ years of recruiting experience in Field Sales, IT and/or other central functions such as Finance / Accounting, HR, Supply Chain
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening


Preferred Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in Field Sales, IT recruiting and other central functions such as Finance / Accounting, HR, Supply Chain
• Experience using recruiting CRM platforms and web-based sourcing tools
• Track record of successful hires with a competitive average time to fill
• Experience in both external agency recruiting and corporate (in house) recruiting
• Ability to demonstrate advanced sourcing techniques
