Overview:
Ekos is on a mission to empower craft manufacturers all over the world to scale their businesses, streamline their processes, and optimize their teams. We are looking for a talented Office Manager for our busy Charlotte headquarters. The office manager will work closely will report to our Controller and work closely across all teams. This position is based in our Charlotte, North Carolina, headquarters and is not suited to a work-from-home arrangement.

Responsibilities:
• Handle front desk caller and visitor questions
• Work with vendors to ensure that all office equipment is in good working order
• Responsible for all general office management including interface with building management
• Responsible for office supply inventory and ordering as well as company swag
• Responsible for coordinating and purchasing snacks and coffee for the team
• Assist in organizing quarterly company events including company holiday party
• Assist in arranging volunteer opportunities for the team
• Responsible for maintaining a professional office environment for staff and visitors, including conference room scheduling and set-up as well as the organization of public spaces
• Light administrative work in various teams where needed
