Overview:
We’re looking for a highly productive, experienced, creative and savvy marketer for this full-time position. The ideal candidate will support Bella Tunno’s brand and marketing initiatives across all business channels. This person will drive deep brand awareness, loyalty, and revenue through strategic, creative marketing execution aligned to Bella Tunno’s brand mission. We are looking for a creative and analytical thinker and doer who thrives in a rapidly evolving, high-growth environment. This position is the marketing expert at Bella Tunno, they will own all marketing responsibilities and tasks, and will report directly to our CEO. Communication skills, proven marketing experience and being action-oriented while keeping the Bella Tunno mission a priority are key to the success of this position.

Responsibilities:
Digital marketing:
• Develop a digital marketing strategy and presentation to the management team on a quarterly basis
• Plan, maintain and execute a brand & marketing calendar, ensuring cross-channel alignment between business channels
Email marketing:
• Plan, test and execute weekly email marketing campaigns to B2C and D2C audiences
Social Media:
• Plan, test and execute social media content
• Keep up-to-date calendar at least 3 weeks in advance
• Plan relevant and sticky content per social media channel
• Grow followers and engagement across all social media channels
• Plan and execute multi-brand collaborations and giveaways for social and email list audiences
• Plan and manage influencer relationships, product placement opportunities, and gifting
Paid ads:
• Build and continuously optimize paid social campaigns on Instagram, Facebook and Google
• Perform daily maintenance including building and launching new ads, allocating budget based on performance
SEO:
• Plan, test and execute SEO initiatives
• Use analytics via SEO applications to increase placements
Website strategy and D2C brand presence:
• Create and execute an online D2C strategy
• Partner with web development agency to keep the website fresh, relevant and sticky
Digital brand equity:
• Oversee digital ratings & reviews presence and customer feedback management achieving best in class ratings
• Summarize learnings quarterly to share with key stakeholders, informing guest experience, marketing strategy, and product development
Brand and product messaging:
• Assist in the development of core product positioning and messaging for products considering value proposition, audience needs, market landscape, and other factors
• Work closely with the management team in developing messaging and executing messaging across all mediums
• Website, catalog, packaging, Amazon store, etc
• Boutiques, major retailers, end consumers, sales reps, etc
Brand loyalty:
• Create and manage a customer loyalty program – both D2C and B2B
Product launch marketing:
• Assist in developing and executing go-to-market plans for new products
• Collaborate closely with the product development team, sales team and PR team to drive product awareness and adoption in both the D2C and B2B channels including major retailer launch plans
Misc. marketing:
• Collaborate with (internal and external) PR Team to launch and execute product placements and giftings
• Execute online and in-person focus group sessions. Provide meaningful feedback and action plans based on the results of those sessions
• Collaborate with internal and external teams as a member of the photoshoot and video shoot committee. Ensure photoshoots and video shoots are productive, well thought out and support BT mission and marketing goals
• Serve as the liaison to freelance marketing specialists including publicists, videographers, graphic designers, etc
• Continuously brainstorm and suggest new ways to grow brand awareness, equity and loyalty

Qualifications:
• BA/BS degree in business, marketing, or relevant field
• Proven marketing expert. We will ask for specific examples
• Proven ability to stay current on all marketing (including digital marketing) trends and applications
• 3+ years of consumer marketing experience, including managing creative and/or media agencies
• 3+ years experience working in digital media or technology
• Experience with Shopify
• Analytical and problem-solving experience
• Proven successful experience communication, including communicating to internal teams and consumer-facing audiences
• Experience working with influencers
• Experience with marketing apps and digital strategies
• Prior experience managing performance-driven paid social campaigns
• Effectiveness in a fast-paced, growing, entrepreneurial, startup environment

The ideal candidate is local to Charlotte, NC with the ability to work in the office, but remote work may be considered.
