Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to three investment professionals
• Travel booking and travel management (hotel, air, car)
• Schedule both internal and external meetings via Outlook
• Ensure that investment professionals are aware of daily schedule and help keep them on schedule for all meetings both on and offsite
• Gather materials for meetings including set up for presentations
• Assemble presentation books
• Set up and initiate video conference calls
• Coordinate meals/catering for meetings as needed
• Manage and submit expense reports for investment team members in both Charlotte and San Francisco
• Be the point of contact for all deliveries, vendors, and incoming guests
• Order all office supplies (snacks, drinks, copy room supplies)
• Process and track non-disclosure agreements: distribute confidential information to appropriate parties and be responsible for the destruction of confidential information, if needed
• Ensure general office cleanliness
• One year experience is required
