Job summary:
Our Corporate Brand Marketing team is growing! The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things digital technology and have the willingness and ability to learn new digital platforms and strategies. The digital marketing specialist will coordinate, develop, execute, and optimize demand and lead generation through various digital media campaigns. Digital channels include websites, HubSpot, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Microsoft SharePoint (Intranet).
Responsibilities:
• Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager in the development and distribution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, website design, landing page design, and blog creation
• Manage day-to-day operations and build campaigns for all social channels: LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter
• Help write, design, and optimize email campaigns in our marketing automation platform, HubSpot
• Help manage our HubSpot blog through creating and designing content written by investor relations team members and senior leadership
• Assist with updates to the corporate website in Craft CMS
• Ability to think creatively to develop innovative tactics and strategies that drive results
• Continuously improve campaigns and operational activities by leveraging industry best practices and new techniques and keeping an eye of competitor advances
• Helping to manage the Intranet (MS SharePoint) for the Marketing, Communications and Digital team with monthly updates and folder management
• Assist with owning and maintaining site analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting
Qualifications:
• Proven experience working with industry tools and analytics packages such as Google Analytics, CMS systems (Craft CMS a plus), email marketing platforms, marketing automation, user segmentation, CRM tools and SEO / SEM
• Have knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
• Graphic design skill is a plus
• Have excellent attention to detail, be well-organized, and show initiative – attitude is everything
• Social media savvy
• Experienced in Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite (specifically SharePoint)
• Passion for all things digital and possess an entrepreneurial spirit
