The Craftom Platform is the first enterprise software platform that allows the entire organization to brand, personalize and ship any product, to anyone, working from anywhere. Craftom’s enterprise products platform can be tailored to each department’s exact needs, whether shipping YETI’s, Sharpies or MacBooks. We are seeking a Platform Lead to work directly with our CEO and CTO to take the Craftom Platform to a new level and oversee all platform deployments, updates and integrations.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for deploying and updating all customer platforms; as well as onboarding and training of customers
• Working with CEO and CTO to create, optimize and streamline all platform features and integrations
• Working with CEO and CTO to streamline all internal processes of building, updating and deploying the platform
• No coding/development experience required; you will be ensuring that the CTO’s directives are being executed by the development team and making sure all deliverables are delivered on time
• Working with CTO to integrate the Craftom Platform into customers’ CRM and ERP systems. Including but not limited to: Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics
• Reviewing and optimizing all platform contracts and renewal dates with CEO for the account management team
• Completing security risk assessments for all customers
• Working with CTO to ensure all company and customer privacy policies and procedures are up to date

Education and experience:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Product or project management experience: 3+ years
• B2B software/SaaS experience: 3+ years
• Salesforce experience: 3+ years (ideal but not required)
• Understanding of API calls and setups
• Experience with WordPress, Zapier, Tray.io, other low-code SaaS tools (ideal but not required)
• Experience working with enterprise customers and software development teams: 2+ years

• Management: Reporting to CEO and CTO
• Employees working per shift: 11 or more
• Full-time
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Supplemental Pay: Bonus pay
• Compensation: Salaried $85,000
• Bonus Eligible: Yes (bonus + stock options available with vesting)
