Customer Service and Fulfillment Coordinator
Job summary:
The Customer Service and Fulfillment Coordinator will be working alongside a dedicated team that brings their passion and pride to all that they do. You will help us create an experience that makes the customer feel special and excited each time they receive an Anne Neilson Home package.
Responsibilities:
• Pick items for orders accurately and quickly; meeting service and required ship time standards
• Properly prepare, pack and sort orders for shipment using correct materials in a timely manner
• Meet pick and pack productivity expectations
• Complete return to stock tasks according to best practice
• Monitor and communicate with your leader when supplies are needed
• Model excellent customer service when talking with customers
• Leverage appropriate escalation tools to solve process and/or customer issues; notify leader(s) as needed
• Execute end-of-day procedures
• Always demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
• All other duties based on business needs
• Attention to detail while multi-tasking
• Work both independently and with a team

• Learn and adapt to current technology needs–Shopify and Macs
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
