Responsibilities:
• Develop and grow carrier relationships through lead generation, cold-calling, and referrals
• Leverage resources to gain insight when prospecting new carriers and negotiating
• Ability to thrive under deadlines, drive results, and work with a sense of urgency
• Goes above and beyond for the carrier and customer, doing whatever it takes to get the job done
• Leverages resources to gain insight when prospecting new carriers
• Effectively analyze carriers and freight market to best meet our customers’ freight needs

Qualifications:
• Previous sales or customer service experience
• Results driven and solutions-oriented
