Shift Manger/Bartender

Job summary:
Full time – Pay: $25 an hour while managing (3 Nights a week) $15 an hour bartending plus tips (2 nights a week)

Management role includes:
• Staff scheduling
• Assisting Ownership with staff hiring and staff training
• Staff discipline if needed
• Staff engagement and education
• Evening and Weekend shifts, customer service liaison with guests, FOH staff and kitchen staff
• Bimonthly Inventory (Split with ownership and other Shift Manager)
• Weekly meetings with ownership
• Monthly meeting with full management team including coffee, brewery, and kitchen
• Send Nightly report to ownership at end of shift
• Communicate with FOH and kitchen during events

Experience:
At least three years of industry experience required.
