We are looking for an experienced, detail-orientated and motivated manager to support our Creative team. This position will be involved in creating high-quality visual communications that successfully reflect the business, brand, and partnership goals and will be responsible to manage our team of graphic designers reporting into the Director of Marketing.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the Creative Team’s Job Queue, Staffing, and Workflow
• Support Senior Management team on RFP and presentation creation
• Create and oversee master timeline for all projects
• Track and coordinate all project deliverables
• Communicate project needs with graphic designers and project managers
• Follow and communicate creative services policies and procedures
• Stay up to date on current trends and new processes, bringing creative and constructive feedback to the team

Support Graphic Designers in their duties as follows:
• Email design and development
• Blog & social media asset creation
• Website design creation
• Presentation asset creation
• Brochure creation, modifications, and inventory updates
• Seating chart creation and management
• On-site branding assistance
• Infographics and data communications

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent management and graphic design experience
• Minimum 5 years relevant work experience
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat)
• Experience managing a team and interdepartmental projects
• Ability to direct multiple projects with constantly shifting priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Possesses a solid grasp of all basic design principles including video, HTML, motion graphics, and photography
• Strong attention to detail
• Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Desired skills:
• On-site venue design/activation experience a plus
• Experience in video editing/video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• Work history managing multiple brands with global brand compliance requirements
• Experience managing outside vendors and relationships and holding them accountable to brand standards
