As a Loan Officer Trainee, you will hold initial pre-screenings and prepare the client to be transferred to a licensed Loan Officer. You will be involved in the transaction from start to finish to learn hands-on how the business works day 1–this will prepare for career progression into a licensed loan officer within 90 days of your hire date.

• Spending the first 15-20 minutes of the day planning and setting up the day for success with our Daily Success System
• Head over to a Team Huddle to start the day with shout outs, sales tips, and motivation
• Reviewing and tracking daily business and personal development goals – complete with coaching and accountability to help you reach your best potential
• Taking new inbound calls and making follow-up outbound calls to prospective clients
• Individual and group sales training with a hyper-focused mortgage education
• Working hand in hand with a dedicated Sr. Banker and Sales Lead to learn the business to build a successful long-term career

• Day 1: $1800-$2500 monthly
• After 30 days: $3500-$4500 monthly
• After 60 days: $3,500-$6,800 monthly
• After 120-150 days: $80k-$112k yearly
• After 18-24 months: $80k-$180k yearly
• After 36 months: $125k-$250k yearly
