Overview:
Stand For Animals Veterinary Clinic – Do you have exceptional customer service skills, strong administrative, and leadership experience? Interested in being part of a mission-driven nonprofit that helps animals and the people who love them? We are offering a small group of interested applicants the opportunity to participate in a training program that will prepare you to enter the veterinary field. Locations: Charlotte, Pineville, and Lake Norman.

Responsibilities:
• Is on the front line in service delivery for our clients and patients
• Responsible for all aspects of the customer and client experience in our clinics from providing public instructions on a surgery day to working at the check-in desk when we are providing veterinary services
• Operate the clinic’s day-to-day activities working as a team and offering the public the highest quality customer service

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of administrative experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Flexibility and adaptability will be invaluable as job duties may fluctuate from day to day and even moment to moment
• The ability to communicate assertively and effectively with staff and clientele is essential
• The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership and self-initiative
• Must have strong computer skills and administrative experience
