Job overview:
You will be the key point of contact for some of the largest retailers in the United States. From relationship-building to reporting, you will be leading all aspects of the relationship with active retail partners.

Responsibilities:
• Maintain relationships with buyers, merchandisers and analysts from our retail partners
• Create reporting and forecasting for various product lines
• Participate in annual line reviews
• Drive revenue growth of current product lines through various marketing programs
• Work closely with product development, marketing, sales and finance
• Travel to events and corporate HQs for meetings

Qualifications:
• Must have experience with retail technology platforms such as Walmart, Target, Walgreens or CVS
• Ability to engage cross-functional teams to support logistics of Walmart.com and Target
• Deep understanding of retail terminology and processes
• Must have knowledge and understanding of retail environment or omnichannel business
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to creative solutions to accomplish tasks in a timely manner
• Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and an intense focus on achieving results
• Proven ability to manage relationships and drive processes, even when resources are limited
• Hungry to grow within a fast-paced company; eager to take on new tasks and help where needed
• Quick learner that can stay organized and calm under pressure
• Responsible and accountable adapts quickly and positively to change
• Excellent attention to detail

Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience working with major retailers such as Walmart, Target or CVS
• In-depth experience working with CPG brands
• Proven experience implementing programs to drive revenue growth
