Overview:
HM Studio™️ is looking for a passionate Content & Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate is a left and right-brain thinker and driven growth marketer who can help expand the reach and improve the efficiency of paid marketing campaigns for our clients. Working closely with our Creative Director, you will be responsible for managing our client’s advertising campaigns across paid channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, and Klaviyo. You will help develop creative concepts and editorial calendars that bring our clients’ brands to life. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for marketing. This position reports to the Creative Director.

Responsibilities:
• Assist in the development of 360-degree marketing campaigns for clients from concept through execution
• Support growth marketing targets by driving efficient customer acquisitions and owning the day to day management of paid social and acquisition platforms
• Work cross-functionally to support the end-to-end process of bringing growth initiatives from concept to launch, including consistent optimization of the channel, platform, and acquisition (and reactivation) strategy
• Track split test results and assist with reporting, using findings to deliver insights and shape future paid social campaigns
• Prepare competitive analysis reports to identify strategic growth marketing opportunities
• Collaborate with clients to develop innovative campaigns and ads that drive brand awareness and convert users
• Brainstorm content and copy ideas for new campaigns and ads
• Organize all ad campaigns from concept to development to analysis
• Manage content from influencers and brand photoshoots to support asset development
• Perform customer analysis and segment customers into meaningful and actionable cohorts to identify strategic growth marketing opportunities
• Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization of dynamic search, re-marketing and core campaigns
• Support PR activities, events and collaborations in order to maximize brand awareness

Qualifications:
• 1-3 years of directly relevant paid social experience and proven success in managing paid marketing campaigns at a fast-growing e-commerce brand or digital agency, or strategic and data analysis experience in consulting or banking
• Ability to build thoughtful, data-driven marketing campaigns to create highly engaging, on-brand customer experiences
• Deep knowledge of audience segmentation, funnel management, and measurement of campaign performance
• Strong creative eye and analytical mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and spoken communication, as well as copywriting skills
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Just as comfortable translating data into actionable insights as you are getting involved in the creative process
• Have a demonstrated ability to learn new topics and disciplines quickly
• Expertise in paid social, the ad industry, and the most recent trends and platform developments
• Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager is required
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and comfortable learning new platforms
