Overview:
We’re on the hunt for a Senior Project Management leader to, well, manage our projects. And our team of project managers. Seems straightforward enough. But there’s a lot more to it than that. The Project Managers are the heart of Movement’s Marketing department. The conductors of the orchestra or air traffic control. All projects start and end with the PM team. That’s why we’re looking for someone with a Marie-Kondo-level of organization, who loves to collaborate in a fun, fast-paced environment. The best candidate must of course have project management expertise, but will also be a leader with a keen eye for detail and a knack for asking the right questions to make sure our 1,500+ loan officers’ needs are met. Someone who loves processes, whiteboards, spreadsheets, and Slack. So much Slacking here
