Overview:
A RARE OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE REALLY, REALLY GREAT WORK. Movement is looking for a leader to take our video and photo team to a new level. Yeah, yeah, we know that sounds a bit LinkedIn-ish. But that’s what we need. A video shooter and editor who can guide an eager team by example and rise to the following creative challenge: Go too far. We have a mandate to move people. To make great, unsafe, outside-of-the-box content for a mortgage company, a bank, multiple schools, endless events. You get the point. We challenge our creatives to go too far. To make us reign you in. If you’re tired of bloated bureaucracies and timid approvers holding you back, you will absolutely love it here. We are NOT your average mortgage company. We move fast. Our structure is flat instead of layered. Our execs wear T-shirts instead of suits. Almost half of the company’s profits go to a non-profit foundation to serve the underserved. We believe in our work and have a lot of fun doing it. It’s rare that the planets align like this for a creator. A great brand. A great product. An agile management structure. Leaders who are begging creatives to swing for the fences. Are you the person who will seize this rare opportunity and lead our video and photo team to greatness? Are you a creator and leader who’s done great things but aspires to so, so much more? Then take a look at the details.
