Retail Sales Manager
Barnhardt Jewelers is a family-owned jewelry store that just expanded into a newly renovated historic building in the square of downtown Salisbury (45 mins from Charlotte).
Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic salesperson lead our six person sales team as we continue to grow.
Step into a position where you’ll be treated like family with no limits on upside and the perks only a small company could offer with trips to national jewelry shows, incentive bonuses, beach trips, etc.
Desired skills:
• Previous retail sales/sales management experience
• Lead and inspire a team
• Jewelry experience (not required)
• Retail marketing experience
• Ability to build relationships with customers and team
• Be detailed, follow through and do what you say
• Have an eye for design, fashion and jewelry
• Honesty above all else
