Account Manager, CPG Brand Campaigns

The Account Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day and workflow for Elevation client programs, working with sponsors, vendors, properties, agencies, and internal business-development teams to ensure timely and quality execution on all things Elevation.

• Manage daily workflow of client accounts – solicit feedback from clients and ensure that the internal team has all necessary information to keep projects on schedule.
• Communicate with clients to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed in a timely and charming manner
• Build strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers
• Resolve complaints and keep track of all processes that pertain to the client’s desires
• Assist with ideation and development of event-marketing-relevant concepts
• Execution and daily management of tasks and deadlines, which ensures high quality, timely work
• Work with key stakeholders internally and externally to develop innovative experiential marketing plans
• Prepare invoicing and purchasing
• Manage program budgets and oversee monthly status reports to ensure client monies are tracking on par
• Understand, analyze and negotiate client contracts to ensure our clients are getting the best partnerships possible
• Oversee Client Assets, seeing that all orders and marketable materials are received, correct, and distributed to the respective events
• Facilitate and manage travel, lodging, meals, onsite assignments and onboarding for staff and clients for individual events
• Manage digital and print marketing campaigns related to internal programs
• Support account director on all departmental needs

What we need:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related study
• Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in experiential marketing, sponsorships, or event planning
• Must be willing to travel frequently as needed
• Previous experience working directly with clients is a must
• Ability to assess and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong presentation skills to varied audiences
• Ability to develop creative ideas and inspire efforts of others to bring forward the best ideas and solutions
• Willingness to work on days and times outside the normal work week when needed
