This position will perform receptionist duties as well as additional administrative assignments as needed, all while learning about the Property Management and Commercial Real Estate industries. • Greet Guests
• Answer phones and transfer calls
• Handle mail / Fed-Ex packages
• Reserve conference rooms
• Making coffee daily
• Order office supplies
• Stocking kitchen
• Update seating charts for all employees using PowerPoint
• Update phone list
• Assist the Office Manager with event planning (making name tags, organizing trips, preparing materials)
• Other administrative duties as assigned

• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
• Entry-level candidates with a 4-year degree are encouraged to apply; candidates without a 4-year degree should have 2+ years of receptionist or administrative experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn about the property management industry and a drive to advance within the company
