RTA Media Holdings, LLC operates & Speed51.TV (as wholly owned subsidiaries). RTA Media was established in 2019 and shortly thereafter purchased which, since 2001, has been the home for behind-the-scenes stories and short track news for grassroots racing series all around the country. With nearly 20 years of experience, Speed51 continues to raise the bar in race coverage with its signature live race broadcasts, on-demand racing videos, and news reporting from short tracks across the nation. In 2020, the company launched Speed51.TV, a new live racing and video on demand experience for consumers. RTA Holdings is an affiliate of the Race Team Alliance (RTA) an organization of 13 NASCAR Cup Series race teams that have come together to help collectively preserve, promote, and grow the sport of stock car racing.

As a critical member of Race Team Media and Speed51’s (a subsidiary of RTA Media Holdings, LLC) Digital Marketing team, the Digital Marketing Manager will assist in building and managing subscriber and customer acquisition, engagement, and retention efforts across all digital marketing channels. The ideal candidate has digital marketing expertise (content marketing, social media, email marketing, paid media, and data analysis) and who can collaborate and communicate across multiple teams.

Duties & responsibilities:
• Execute organic social media campaigns and manage event coverage and community engagement during live events across platforms
• Develop digital marketing campaigns around events and original content to meet or exceed quarterly subscriber acquisition and retention goals
• Execute email marketing and push notification campaigns
• Analyze and report campaign results to management and key stakeholders
• Coordinate with the partner marketing team on strategizing and building event presence
• Assist in managing paid media budget and strategy
• Coordinate the creation of promotional assets with design teams
• Partner with customer support to manage social media responses

Required experience:
• 2+ years of experience executing digital marketing campaigns across social, email, and paid media channels
• Ability to plan and execute digital campaigns
• Experience managing a paid media budget in Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and consistently meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment
• Expertise in sports or motorsports a plus
