Administrative Assistant

Overview:
International company located in uptown is seeking an Administrative Assistant. This individual will initially be assigned to assist in supporting administrative and clerical tasks related to a recent acquisition, then the role will expand to include additional duties in the future. Responsibilities:
• Formatting documents
• Amending contracts
• Inputting Data into documents
• Uploading files
• Preparing proposals
• Filling for receptionist on a back up basis
• Other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:
• 3 plus years experience in an administrative role preferred; recent college graduates with strong computer and organizational skills will also be considered
• Self starter
• Detail oriented
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
