About you:
You’re recently graduated with experience creating and managing multiple social media accounts and developing content to inform, educate and engage the brand’s audience to increase awareness, boost traffic and achieve marketing goals. Most importantly, you’ve got a good attitude— we’re number 1 because we work hard.

Job responsibilities and duties:
• Manage/create agent social media projects
• Monitor postings to ensure brand message is consistent from the copy written to graphics posted
• Aid in the daily aspects of promoting Allen Tate campaigns when needed
• Interact with followers and potential customers by communicating and answering questions through the agent’s social pages when needed
• Manage multiple agent social media content calendars
• Work simultaneously on multiple projects based on current client workload
• Create visual elements of marketing materials, websites and other media in Canva
• Combine elements of a design created by another designer, such as icons, photographs and other components necessary for a project in Canva
• Incorporate changes recommended by the Creative Services Manager and Agent into the final design
• Create graphics used in a variety of creative projects, including social media, brochures, advertisements, flyers, direct mail, video, web/mobile sites, digital ads and print ads
• Social Media Specialist will report to the Creative Services Manager/Marketing Concierge Program Manager

Job skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
• 2-3 years experience of social media management experience on major platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.
• Professional certification in Google Analytics, Digital Media or Search Engine Optimization is a plus
• Familiar with multi-social posting through programs such as Hootsuite and HubSpot
• Experience in running targeted ads on social media sites
• Excellent skills in using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator and Google Suite
• Portfolio of your past design work is a plus
• General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and internet ranking for web content is a plus
• Knowledge of social media analytics software, such as Facebook Insights to track audience engagement and campaign performance is required
• Excellent communication skills (oral, written and verbal) and administrative skills
• Writing and proofreading skills required
• Deadline-orientated with attention to detail
• Team player, quick learner, efficient and able to work under pressure
• Ability to take and execute feedback from peers and clients
• Deadline-orientated with attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Experience with video programs and WordPress templates is a plus
• Experience working with Mail Chimp and Constant Contact a plus
• Comfortable with using Zoom to talk with clients or on the phone
• Solid work ethic, professionalism and positive attitude
