Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities:
Advertising management:
• Manages advertising campaigns
• Maintains campaign budgets
• Pulls together promo materials for all ads
• Reviews creative assets
• Coordinates with Website & Digital Coordinator on landing page and other digital assets
• Main point of contact with Digital Account Manager
• Work with media buyer
• Create yearly schedules and keep on top of production deadlines
• Campaign reporting and analysis

Constant Contact management:
• Maintaining Lists – (including warranty & freezer & new customers)
• Sales promo emails – weekly

Social Media:
• Social content calendar
• Post on all platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter & Pinterest
• Run in house social ad campaigns
• Manage budgets & receipts
• Stay on top of new social trends

Co-op advertising:
• Work with vendors on promotions and assets when needed
• Submit for compliance reviews
• Claim co-op reimbursements
• Provide receipts and back-up reporting to vendors
• Presentations to vendors to request additional funding

Small creative projects (as needed)

Other Marketing Related Assistance and Event Coordination as requested.

Some overnight travel and/or weekend or evening event support may be required.

Software:
Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Canva, Constant Contact (or similar). Adobe Photoshop or any html a plus but not required.
