Responsibilities:
• Accept jewelry for repair
• Assist sales team with customer orders
• Assist customers with concerns
• Facilitate delivery of merchandise to customers

• Ability to maintain composure in high pressure, fast-paced environment
• Good listener and communicator
• Organized and good at multi-tasking
• Comfortable at handling phone calls and in-person correspondence
• Professional and welcoming presentation
• Demonstrates attention to detail and has a sense of urgency
• A passion for the jewelry industry

Qualifications:
• Previous customer service experience
• Experience in a luxury retail environment preferred
