Let’s back up:
Hi! We’re The Savage Way, and we do two things (and we do them well): Clean Graffiti & Moss Art. Both offerings are highly unique in their industries. Our Moss Art uses real preserved plants to create everything from large-scale commercial branding & art installations to high-end residential pieces. Clean Graffiti is an eco-friendly advertising medium that uses a specialized stencil and high pressure water to bring brand awareness to a client’s campaign – on the sidewalk. It’s just water (seriously!). Both mediums are eco-friendly, out-of-the-box and a fun asset to sell to our target clients.

Here’s where we’re at:
The Savage Way has experienced a massive growth phase and our sales pipeline is overflowing. We need a Business Development Lead to help field the inquiries and intentionally develop relationships in new markets.

This is a full-time position in Charlotte, NC reporting directly to the company founders.

The compensation structure is a competitive base salary + uncapped commission on sales.

Duties include:
• Cultivating a deep understanding of our products and our client avatars
• Market and industry research to identify new opportunities
• Warm outreach and relationship-building
• Creative, out-of-the box marketing and sales ideas
• Assisting in proposal and contract creation

In this role, you’ll be given structure in the form of a strategy playbook and sales training with a coach plus you’ll have the freedom to be yourself and chart your path to success.
