Overview:
Our team is growing. We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Lab Technician to join our current team of professional engineers. As a Lab Technician at Oxit, under the direction of our engineering leads, you will inspect products, ensure site safety and cleanliness, provide customer support, and report to the project supervisor. You should have the capacity to solve problems, troubleshoot equipment, communicate clearly and effectively under pressure, and provide useful suggestions for improvement. A successful hire will be a self-starter with a firm work ethic and strong interpersonal skills, and will highly value the effectiveness of working as a team.

Responsibilities:
• Working alongside fellow employees to test solutions to a variety of technical problems
• Inspecting and modifying existing designs and prototypes
• Conducting research, collecting data, and writing reports
• Running tests on current products, portals, and hardware
• Monitoring inventory and reordering materials & technical components
• Analyzing operations and offering suggestions for improvement
• Analyzing reports to verify that projects are on time and within budget, taking the necessary actions to reach each milestone according to the timeline
• Communicating with Project Managers and clients to detail the requirements of the project
• Planning and preparing the necessary steps to complete the project
• Calculating the necessary requirements and specifications for each project
• Outlining drafts that accurately depict details and information for the project
• Communicating with staff members throughout the departments as needed
• Developing new ideas and revising current practices for a more efficient operation that continues to produce the highest quality products
