Overview:
We are looking for an entry-level, enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to help develop, execute, and monitor marketing programs across a variety of channels.

The Marketing Specialist will work with Healthgram’s experienced Marketing, Sales, and Client Services teams to provide campaign support that drives new business and nurtures current client and member relationships. In this role, you will be responsible for tactical support with marketing campaigns, client/member communications, content creation, and project coordination. This role will work under the leadership of the Marketing Director but also work closely with other members of the Marketing, Sales, and Client Services teams.

Responsibilities:

Campaign support
• Support outbound and inbound marketing campaigns by monitoring lead activity and ensuring appropriate sales outreach in a timely manner
• Email marketing support and reporting
• Campaign list management and data hygiene within marketing automation and CRM platforms
• Undertake additional tasks of marketing plans, as assigned
Communications
• Creation and management of client and member communications including content creation, emails, list management, and reporting for:
• Monthly Client Newsletter
• Monthly Member Email
• Quarterly Connect Member Email & Client Poster
• Announcements/updates regarding industry updates/news etc…
• Other materials, as needed
Content creation
• Execute content initiatives from development through distribution, including copywriting and content production for the following:
• Monthly Wellness News Brief
• Recurring Client and Member email content
• 2-3 Insight articles per month
• Other projects, as assigned
Project coordination
• Corporate gifts and holiday gift cards
• Health fair logistics coordination
• Management of client mailing logistics (clinic materials, SPD’s, custom mailings etc…)
• Ordering and management of promotional materials, business cards, stationery, notepads etc…
• Managing relationships with outside vendors for printing/fulfillment
• Other duties, as assigned

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Great interpersonal skills and a proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams
• Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail
• Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills

Experience or familiarity in the following is a plus, but not required:
• Salesforce
• WordPress
• Canva, Photoshop or InDesign
• Hubspot
• Mail Chimp
• Healthcare industry experience can be helpful, but not necessary
