Overview:
York/Chester County Council on Aging, located in Rock Hill, SC, 2 a private nonprofit provider of services to the elderly, is seeking an Executive Director.

Qualifications:
Responsibility for leading and overseeing all aspects of the agency’s operations, including:
• An in-depth awareness of the need of the elderly as they seek to maintain independence
• Financial management to include budgeting and fundraising
• Oversite of six senior centers and two low-income housing complexes
• The abililty to foster and develop leadership talent while maintaining a positive work environment
• Successful grant writing skills and contract compliance history
• Experience with running a non-profit agency with $3mil budget.
• Masters degree or equilivant training and at least ten years of experience in Nonprofit or public administration with human service related field preferred.
