Account Management Associate

Axios is a growth-stage startup dedicated to getting our audiences and customers smarter, faster on the news and information that matters. We are hiring an Account Management Associate to join our Axios HQ team!

Why it Matters:
As our AMA, you will support new and existing clients who engage with Axios’ fast growing and recently launched workplace communications platform, Axios HQ. We launched this product earlier this year, and are continuing to build a high performing team to support its expansion.

Go Deeper:
We are looking for a proactive thinker to enthusiastically help run the operations of new client programs. This opportunity will allow you to play a significant role in shaping new business opportunities and helping optimize our processes both internally and for external clients.

• Exceptional customer service and client management abilities
• Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Detail-oriented with strong time management skills and an ability to prioritize
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Eager for and receptive to feedback
• Experience utilizing a CRM is a plus
