Overview:
Wyndham Capital Mortgage is looking for a Post Closing Manager to assist in quality assurance checks of our closed loan documents, as well as timely deliver documents.
Responsibilities:
• Manage daily production of processes and personnel, such as Collateral, Trailing documents, Insuring and MERs
• Identify, research, and solve issues within the production environment, as well as serve as escalation point for these issues
• Work closely with other Operational departments and managers to ensure production goals are met, and accurate feedback is provided to update procedures.
• Train, develop, and mentor new and existing employees in the department
• Monitor the team’s processes and identify any gaps that may occur, and determine courses of action to adjust and correct
• Update personnel on changes in policy and procedures
• Compile reports for Senior Management staff for review, and implement any necessary changes
• Monitor timely receipt of loan closing packages, final trailing documents, Insuring loans, and other tasks
• Provide stellar service for all customers – internal and external
• Maintain expected level of production
• Any and All other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
• Strong background in Collateral, Document management and process improvement with a minimum of 2 years of experience
• Must have leadership experience in the mortgage industry
• Must have Document management experience
• Must have a working knowledge of warehouse lines and investor sales
• Conventional, FHA, and VA experience is a plus
• Great attention to detail
• Excellent written and oral communication skills mandatory
• Knowledge of Encompass software a plus
• Previous paperless experience a big plus
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25lbs
