Title: Assistant General Manager located at The Charlotte Douglas International Airport (Bojangles’ Concourse B)

The Assistant General Manager is an exempt, salaried employee who provides leadership, planning, communication, coaching, training, organization and control for the daily operation of the store when the General Manager is absent.

Responsibilities:
The Assistant General Manager is responsible for assisting the General Manager in the daily operations of the restaurant with the goals of improving customer satisfaction and restaurant hospitality by ensuring that all employees are following all policies and procedures adopted by the company.
The Assistant General Manager will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in the following areas:
• Meeting all budgetary goals such as food cost, labor and revenue
• Implementing speed of service and guest tracking as well as other guest service tools
• Staffing the restaurant by proper hiring
• Orientation and training of employees
• Assist in purchasing
• Provide daily and weekly inventory controls
• Provide a safe environment for customer and employees
• Repairs and Maintenance
• Assist in daily and weekly reporting
• Provide exceptional customer service

Qualifications:
• Ability to work as part of a team
• MUST have served in a management leadership role
• Ability to motivate, coach and train team member
• Ability to collaborate with other management team members regarding each locations’ needs
• Ability to effectively communicate goals and requirements both verbally and written
• Ability to work without direct supervision
• Basic computer skills (Windows/ Microsoft Office)
• Servsafe Certified
• 3-5 years’ experience in retail food and/or quick-serve restaurant

Pay:
$45,000.00 – $49,000.00 per year
