The Finance Team at Clean Juice, the country’s first USDA-certified organic juice bar franchise, is seeking a creative, hardworking, and reliable finance associate to join our team. We’re specifically looking for those that have a desire to learn and embody all of the above-mentioned key attributes to play a critical role on our Finance Team. Someone who performs the job of a Finance Associate has a good understanding of accounting principles and general financial knowledge, but also has an eagerness to learn more. They use and implement various accounting acumen and adhere to general accounting principles. They are diligent and are extremely detail oriented.


They also work closely with senior or executive teams advising them on different reports and provide insight on relevant accounting and financial data. Organic eaters and Clean Juice Avocado Toast lovers are not required, but certainly appreciated! 😉

• Reports to Controller
• Working cohesively with the finance team
• Supporting and helping to reach long and short term financial goals
• Reconcile and maintain assigned general ledger accounts, ensuring timely and accurate completion through QuickBooks Online. Identify and research outstanding items if needed
• Reconcile approved expense reports to our general ledgers
• Maintain and possibly improve a record keeping system for important information pertaining to our system:
• System monthly financials by location
• Insurance documentation and collection by location
• Updating location legal documentation in our central hub: FranConnect
• Closely support our home stores
• Maintaining assigned general ledger accounts and completing in a timely manner
• Accountable for weekly cash deposit tracking/reconciliations and monthly home store spending reconciliations
• Assist in supporting our freecoat Nails brand in future accounting and financial needs when needed
• Maintaining assigned general ledger and completing in a timely manner
• Accountable for weekly cash deposit tracking/reconciliations and monthly home studio spending reconciliation
• Ability to assist in accounts payable/receivables if needed
• Provide support for the department by completing other functions as needed

• Having strong communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
