Jumbo builds custom online video platforms for our clients. Our tailor made platforms enable organizations to stream, upload, and host video content on a branded, tailor made community hub. This allows our clients to own their audiences within the restrictions of billion-dollar social media corporations. As a service oriented organization, it is our goal to give each client a white glove experience from their first interaction to the full execution of their project.

Jumbo is seeking a Client Success Specialist to be an integral part of fully realizing our client engagement goals. The Client Success Specialist will be chiefly responsible for assisting in the sales process and ushering clients through the pipeline. This individual will fill key crux positions in the client-facing aspects of the business. Remote work is available, as is working from our office in Charlotte, NC.

The role is broken down into the following verticals: account management (40%), sales and business development (35%), and administration (25%). Please note that Jumbo is a startup and our roles are not always limited to traditional hours or a bulleted job description.

Account management
• Maintain client communication from first interface through project execution, becoming a key “face” to the client
• Organize client meetings and monitor delivery of assets and adherence to project deadlines
• Attend all client meetings and take thorough notes
• Issue client invoices and contracts, and follow up on delayed documents
• Proactively report client issues or concerns to leadership
• Quarterback follow through
Sales and business development
• Shadow business development throughout the sales and marketing process
• Assist business development on crafting proposals, including light market research and sales copy
• Assist business development on lead generation projects including outreach, web copy, and social media content
• Identify and pitch new marketing opportunities for Jumbo, owning select projects through completion
• Become an expert in Jumbo’s product and services
• Contribute operationally and creatively to sales, marketing, and business development in a progressively impactful manner

Education and experience
• Bachelor’s degree with 0+ years of experience, or school diploma with 4+ years of experience
