As a Grubb Properties Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be the voice of all things digital
within our corporate brand. This role is responsible for helping to create and manage content
across all digital channels, and to create innovate ideas for raising traffic to help expand
relationships. The digital marketing manager will need to develop, execute, analyze, and
optimize lead generation programs via our digital platforms, in partnership with the marketing
and communication team.

• Manage day-to-day operations for all Corporate and Investment focused digital
marketing across a multitude of platforms
• Manage corporate website updates in Craft CMS, track user engagement, and
recommend strategies, innovations and updates for improvement and keeping the
platform active
• Oversee all corporate social channels – LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube in particular
• Help brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Help to develop and implement multi-faceted customer acquisition strategies across
owned and earned channels
• Support customer growth by managing campaigns to focus on demand generation from
conception, planning, execution, and launch to post-launch analysis
• Participate in building a robust data analytics model to track campaign and channel
success and use selected tool to optimize and track campaign and channel success
• Continuously improve campaigns and operational activities by leveraging industry best
practices and new techniques, as well as keeping an eye on competitor advances
• Help to manage the Intranet (Microsoft SharePoint)
• Work on e-mail marketing, SEO of web and digital content, management of valuable
content for users, conversion optimization, paid advertising, and funnel management

• Proven experience working with industry tools and analytics packages such as Google
Analytics, CMS systems (Craft CMS a plus), email marketing platforms, marketing
automation, user segmentation, CRM tools and SEO
• Have excellent attention to detail, be well-organized, and show initiative – attitude is
• Social media savvy
• Experienced in Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite (specifically SharePoint)
• Passion for all things digital and possess an entrepreneurial spirit
