The position is based in our Jacksonville or Charlotte office and will support various operating units across the business.

As the HR Business partner, you will actively integrate Haskell’s business strategy with people management practices, link HR Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Benefits & Payroll, Learning, Development, & Engagement, HR Operations, Workforce Development) and advise and support leaders in helping them enhance high-performing teams. Additionally, you will provide high-quality and timely support including compliance and performance management and assess and anticipates HR-related needs and communicates them proactively with our HR department team and acts as a team member champion and change agent.

The role will support onsite and remote team members and provide frontline access to the region’s leaders and their teams to guide, partner and support them in a fast paced and dynamic workplace. You’ll have the ability to impact talent strategy and engagement, performance management, career pathing, learning and development, diversity & inclusion and change management. These strategic initiatives are balanced with the day-to-day coaching and task resolution that involve team members, managers and leaders.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources/education or related field with 5 years of related experience.
