Customer Relations Manager

Overview:
Rose Gold Rebel is looking for the next team member to join our close-knit tribe. Started on Etsy in 2016, our company has been named a top 100 Etsy shop and we were able to open our brick and mortar print boutique in Plaza Midwood in 2018. Our company designs, prints, and embroiders personalized apparel and gifts for every occasion. We are continuing to grow, and our work environment is fast-paced and never boring! Be prepared to dive in head-first from day one with our hard-working team.

This position on the Rose Gold Rebel team requires a friendly attitude and a proactive mindset when handling customer service. The customer relations manager will be in charge of responding to inquiries and conversations across multiple platforms and be the voice of the Rebel Squad to the general public. Success will be measured by the quality and quantity of customer interactions while ensuring each customer has a good experience and is encouraged to come back and shop with us again.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to all messages within a timely manner with clear and effective
communication in a positive and upbeat tone
• Package orders to guarantee quality control
• Print labels for daily production
• Keep track of any rush orders or changes of address
• Organize and coordinate with orders that are missing inventory
• Handle claims, returns, and exchanges as needed

Qualifications:
• High school education and some college experience is preferred
• Experience may include working as a personal assistant, customer service
representative, front desk clerk, in restaurants/hospitality, sales, retail, etc.
• Able to use both Windows and Mac OS and type efficiently with proper grammar and
spelling
• Organization and neatness are a must to manage customer conversations, special
requests, and missing inventory
• Work is conducted in a team atmosphere, so this person must be able to communicate
effectively with their peers regarding customers and their orders
• A clean legal record and be willing to undergo a background check prior to
employment.

Physical demands:
• Capable of physical movements requiring the use of legs, wrists, hands and/or fingers
including kneeling and bending
• Repetitive arm and wrist use. Frequent and repetitive movements
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to be on the feet standing/walking up to 4 hours per day
• Comfortable working around sharp objects like box-cutters and paper cutters

Compensation and benefits:
• Pay is $27,000-$31,000/year salary and this would be a full-time position with RGR
• Benefits would be offered after 6-12 months on the team
